Welcome to the Federation of French War Veterans, Inc., our aim is to give help and support to its members and their families, as well as cultivating a spirit of loyalty to the United States and devotion to France.
When in 1919, a few French Veterans, who for the most part had left New York in 1914 to join their regiments in France, established the Federation of French War Veterans, Inc., they defined its purposes and principles as social, literary, patriotic and historical, aiming to cultivate comradeship and solidarity among surviving Veterans of the First World War.
As the years passed, French veterans of the Second World War, of the Indochina War and of the Algerian/North Africa War followed in the footsteps our elders in the Federation.
We can help our members with administration, veterans administration, information, social and human services organizations, and senior citizens organizations.
